CANCELLATION AND RETURN
- Cancellation
a) Jakesmed Healthcare believes in a customer friendly approach and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- A request for cancellation has to be made within 24 (twenty four) hours of placing the order, for the cancellation to be considered, provided that the order has not been shipped already.
- Orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category do not have an option for cancellation;
- Cancellations are not entertained on products obtained on sale/ offer on special days, like Christmas, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Cancellations on perishable items are not accepted.
- Cancellation requests for consumables like nutrition and diabetic supplements and tests are also not accepted.
(b) Cancellation/returns may not be possible for certain products under the following conditions:
- Damages caused from misuse of product(s)
- Incidental damage as a result of malfunctioning of product(s);
- Any consumable item once it has been used or installed;
- When the serial/UPC numbers are tampered with or missing ;
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty;
- Product(s) returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
- Any wearable product that has been worn, washed, tags removed, stained from trying on and/or odour, smell of smoke, or show any type of damage etc.; or
- Toilet and personal care products due to hygiene reasons.
(c) Jakesmed Healthcare retains the right to determine condition of product(s) for refund ability or ex-changeability
Return & Refund Policy
As per our return and exchange policy, products sold on (web URL) can be returned 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, excluding specified hygiene and consumption products.
Under any unprecedented and uncontrollable scenario where you receive damaged/defective product(s) or a product that is not the same as per your original order, the product will be replaced at the soonest to your satisfaction with no extra costs. In such a scenario please get in touch with our Customer Service Team before using the product(s).
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product(s).
(a) Conditions for return are as follows:
- You must notify us of the damage/defect of the product(s) within maximum 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery.
- It is mandatory that the product(s) remains unused.
- Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- Ensure strong and adequate packing of the return package(s) to prevent any damage in transit.
- If purchasing from our registered vendors, please check their specific terms and policies as they may have a different return policy.
- Kindly note that unless the product(s) are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the product(s) from you. Under this circumstance the cost of recovery will be deducted from the amount re-credited to you in refund.
(b) Refunds:
The refund will be processed after receipt of the product by Safe Me Surgical, its registered vendor or authorised personnel. The mode of refund shall be the same as the mode of payment of the order.
- Orders paid by credit card or debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit card or debit card within 7 (seven) working days of the process being completed;
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 7 (seven) working days of the returns process being completed; and
- In circumstances and cases where a replacement is not possible, refund will be allocated.
(c) The Return Process
Kindly note the following procedure for return of any product(s):
- Please mail us at (jakesmedhealthcare@yahoo.co.in) or contact our customer care at (9447052710) giving the order no. and the reason you would like to return it.
- You will be notified of the timing of your return pickup done by our logistics partner.
- Use the original packaging while repacking and ensure all original items, labels and tags are included in the return package.
- Replace/ cover over your address label with the Jakesmed Healthcare address found on your delivery note.
- Keep your certificate of couriering safely as proof of return, to avoid cases of miscommunication.
Original shipping cost and a restocking fee will be charged on the return of a non-faulty product, without the purchase of another product.
Further, kindly note: Under special circumstances where a rare product is specially ordered for a customer, the product may have to be ordered on a no-return/ refund basis. In such cases the customer will be informed of this at the time of purchase.
(d) The Returns Process for a Damaged / Wrong Item
Contact us on (jakesmedhealthcare@yahoo.co.in) or dial our customer care number (9447052710) with your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product(s) for refund. Follow the above said instructions while returning the order. We will get in touch with you after examining the faulty product(s). After examining, we can offer you a refund or a replacement (terms and conditions apply).
